Why you should NOT apply ● You want to be part of a large PMM team in an established marketing department (this is an early-stage startup and you initially be a solo marketer). ● Your experience is primarily in enterprise marketing teams with support functions (as a solo marketer, you need to know how to execute campaigns end-to-end by yourself) Why you SHOULD apply ● You enjoy working independently, hands-on, to solve marketing challenges ● You want to work at the pace of a fast-growing, early-stage startup ● You are looking for a Product Marketing role where you can deliver impact and be a part of the product journey from the beginning. Role and Requirements About this role Kodo is about to launch new fintech SaaS products, and we are looking for the first PMM to join our team. You will help to shape the messaging, positioning, and sales strategy. You will be the link between the sales and product teams, right from preparing sales enablement materials to tracking product adoption metrics. Product and feature launches ● Develop product position and messaging documents, including competition and customer research ● Develop clear, concise, and compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience. ● Develop and execute product and launch plans Enablement ● Create sales enablement materials such as product demos, presentations, and one-pagers. Product adoption ● Track user adoption KPIs ● Implement strategies to drive user adoption and product engagement. Voice of the customer ● Manage the G2 account and proactively source reviews to achieve ranking targets ● Capture testimonials and develop case studies ● Gather customer feedback to share with the product team Marketing asset creation ● Create marketing materials such as website copy, product brochures, ads, videos, and blog posts ● Use tools such as Canva to enable fast asset creation Executing marketing campaigns ● Plan and execution marketing campaigns such as email and other promotion channels ● Use research tools to gather the data required. Must haves ● 2-4 years of experience in product marketing at an early-stage b2b SaaS company ● Understanding of the product marketing lifecycle, from go-to-market strategy to launch execution ● Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels ● Excellent writing and communication skills ● Experience independently creating content, designs, and marketing collaterals Bonus points for ● Fintech or ERP experience ● Experience with B2B lead generation and sales ● Experience with marketing automation tools ● Experience managing G2/Gartner/etc accounts including sourcing reviews ● Independent experience creating sales and marketing collaterals ● Experience in tracking, reporting and acting upon product adoption KPIs ● Creating product onboarding experiences and interactive demos Work Location: Mumbai, Lower Parel This is an in-office position
