Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include leading engagements and supporting the respective growth in our technology and consulting solution, Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, to include supporting Kodiak Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementation and leading Parallel Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting engagements.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Treasury is preferred.
  • Must be familiar with fundamental concepts related to general accounting and reconciliation reporting including 6+ years accounting experience.
  • Healthcare experience, such as patient accounting system and cash posting workflow knowledge, a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must. Should be experienced working with large complex data sets, writing Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP and INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation.
  • Experience with project/workflow is a plus
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading/supervising staff during engagements
  • Experience providing to customers project updates with management of open items and barriers
  • Must demonstrate the ability to apply services to dynamic situations
  • Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently, manage time efficiently with the appropriate level of priority within a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Travel requirement - up to 20%
