About the role
Koch Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and impactful designs for a variety of marketing and communication materials. This includes developing concepts, layouts, and final art for print and digital collateral such as brochures, presentations, web graphics, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Generate creative concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the brand and messaging
• Design and produce high-quality layouts, graphics, and visual assets
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and style standards
• Provide thoughtful design rationale and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Excellent typography, layout, and color theory skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for design and a keen eye for detail
