KOCH GLOBAL SERVICES Shared Services Dispute Specialist Bengaluru, Karnataka Job Number: 161191 Main Responsibilities: - Assist in the resolution of third-party payment disputes - Investigate and analyze disputed transactions - Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues - Maintain detailed records and documentation of dispute cases - Provide recommendations and solutions to prevent future disputes - Collaborate with the team to optimize dispute resolution processes - Continuously identify and implement process improvements Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 1-2 years of experience in dispute resolution, customer service, or a related field - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using relevant software and systems - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Attention to detail and ability to multitask
