Process Engineer - Onsite Services

As a Process Engineer with Koch Engineered Solutions (KES), you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. This includes identifying opportunities for process optimization, driving productivity gains, and implementing lean manufacturing principles. You will collaborate closely with operations teams to analyze process data, identify root causes of problems, and develop innovative solutions to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and product quality. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in chemical, mechanical, or process engineering, with experience in a manufacturing environment. They must demonstrate excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills to effectively partner with operations and other key stakeholders.
