Your New Adventure: The Customer Engagement Marketing Manager will own the optimization for engagement and usage of the Koa Health products for current and future client accounts, supporting onboarding, lifecycle, and retention. Responsibilities include developing and executing resource toolkits for new and existing clients, and digital resources that boost end-user engagement and usage; building, maintaining, and updating customer resource library, including assets, campaigns, communications, templates, and calendars; marketing of education, messaging, assets and templates to clients; tracking performance of resource library use, effectiveness; building and executing custom engagement marketing programs for strategic accounts; and supporting customer success through client facing endeavours. This role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholder groups, including Delivery & Implementations, Customer Success, and Product, Partnerships & Alliances. What You'll Do: Manage Client/Customer Resource Library and Partner Marketing Assets Manage the client resource library, calendars, communication templates, campaign playbooks, and assets within Hubspot. Build and activate resource toolkits for new clients for onboarding and implementation. Create net new assets as required, including communication templates, content, and related assets. Audit and refresh content, assets, playbooks, and templates. Oversee creation and management of marketing assets for existing clients. Support Client Onboarding, Lifecycle, and Retention Serve as the marketing point of contact internally for engagement and usage endeavours. Execute marketing campaigns to client accounts that boost and increase usage. Create and manage a detailed project plan for onboarding and implementation of marketing assets, resource library, and monitor deliverables to meet deadlines. Manage partner marketing assets for existing partner clients. Support execution of ongoing educational sessions/tracks from delivery and implementation through to lifecycle and retention. Listen, Analyze and Report Listen to Account Managers and Existing Clients to learn about product usage, asset usage, and lifecycle best practices. Stay abreast of usage trends and innovations, as well as competitor usage strategies, to ensure Koa Health is implementing best of breed usage methods for accelerated end user use. Analyze resource library asset usage metrics regularly, providing comprehensive reports to track performance. Develop, and Launch Outbound Marketing Campaigns and Wellbeing Calendar Execute marketing campaigns to client accounts that boost engagement and increase usage in partnership with the delivery and implementations team. Support Mental Wellbeing Calendar Creation. Own and manage Hubspot administration for delivery, implementation and customer success assets, campaigns, lists, and initiatives. Collaborate with the Team Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholder groups including Delivery & Implementations, Customer Success, Product, Partnerships & Alliances, and Direct Sales. About You: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Super user and admin level expertise of Hubspot required. 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare B2B2C marketing. Expert fluency of English Language, both spoken and written. Prior experience in Healthcare marketing, either B2B or B2C preferred. Start-up-ready mindset, prioritizing progress over polish and demonstrating comfort with ambiguity. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with the ability to quickly adapt a plus. Ability to think strategically and act tactically. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Background in working with cross-functional teams and product development. Prior experience and high level of comfort working in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite, and other project management tools. Familiarity with the mental health space and knowledge of digital health trends preferred. Flexible working hours required, to collaborate with UK and US time zones.
