Key Responsibilities:

Ensures site operations meet daily patient and provider experience expectations

Supports and drives implementation of new processes, new technology, or other organizational initiatives at the site

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with vendors, staff, and other managers and physicians
- Presents a positive and competent image of the site and organization
- Establish, identify, facilitate, and suggest cross-over training opportunities
- Model and encourage collective mission mindsets and peer accountability
- Coordinate and ensure site supplies are appropriately managed and maintained
- Administrative duties may include but not limited to: processing invoices for payment, monitoring site expenditures, and preparing and collecting information for reports as requested
- Attends, contributes, and prepares for Site Manager meetings and others as identified
- Serves as a resource to team members, patients, providers and the organization
- Serves as a role model for the staff, exhibiting the behaviors described in our Playbook
- Lead, serve and coach according to the company plays and values
- Provide feedback for annual performance evaluations of team members assigned to site
- Oversee Emergency Preparedness at the site
- Carry-out safety and security checks, education and drills as assigned
- Work with Compliance to ensure site is up on regulatory training and compliance responsibilities
