Operation Trainee

Job Title: Operation Trainee Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra Salary: ₹18,000 per month (Based on skill level) Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning. Assist and coordinate with managers and higher authorities in developing operational strategies for efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to short-term and long-term planning to align with organizational goals and objectives. Monitor employee performance across departments and provide necessary support for performance management. Track and analyze performance metrics to assess operational effectiveness. Identify organizational challenges, evaluate issues, and take appropriate actions for resolution. Assist in conflict resolution between employees or departments to maintain a positive work environment. Support in preparing documentation and reports for operational improvements and company growth initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments.
