Level: Operational Lead (Execution)
Job Purpose: The Knowledge & Systems Lead is responsible for managing the center’s dual pillars of digital infrastructure and strategic communications. This role ensures that the center’s technical systems are robust and secure while leading the outreach efforts to engage stakeholders, industry partners, and the academic community.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Presence: Execute daily updates to the TLC2 website and manage all social media platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for initial digital stakeholder responses and email handling related to outreach.
- System Health: Monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring system uptime, data security, and facility readiness for digital operations.
- Content Planning: Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar for outreach and media activities.
- Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine data backups and system checks to ensure the stability of the center's technical assets.
- Reporting: Consolidate outreach progress for the weekly team review and CEO reporting.
- Knowledge Management: Curate and distribute the TLC2 monthly newsletter to consortium partners and stakeholders.
- Media Production: Develop media content, including videos and articles, to highlight research milestones and project progress.
- Resource Planning: Assist the CEO in planning for future digital infrastructure and communication resources.
- Institutional Reporting: Lead the drafting and design of the TLC2 Annual Report.
- Strategic Events: Manage the digital and technical infrastructure for major events such as TLC2 Week and technical workshops.
- Audits & Compliance: Support IT audits and ensure all digital activities comply with IITM and sponsor data policies.
Required Competencies & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Experience in IT systems management, data security, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Communication Excellence: Strong skills in technical writing, editorial oversight, and media content creation.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in managing professional social media channels and website CMS.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to interact professionally with industry partners and sponsors.
- Organizational Context: As an Operational Lead reporting directly to the CEO, this position is critical for translating the Steering Committee's directives into public-facing content and reliable technical systems.
Required Education Background
- Primary Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems (B.E./B.Tech/BCA).
- Secondary/Preferred Qualification: A Post-Graduate Diploma or certification in Technical Writing, Mass Communication, or Digital Media.
