VP of Product

We're looking for a strategic Product Leader who's learned lessons the hard way in the trenches and is ready to scale our vision You'll need to balance exploration with decision-making, and have the resilience to drive massive impact Lead product strategy across multiple product areas, taking ideas from concept through impactful delivery Scale our AI/ML capabilities, particularly in product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led motions Build and mentor high-performing product teams while fostering a bias for action What Success Looks Like: Strong product intuition backed by data-driven decision making Ability to strip opportunities down to their barest form and make hard trade-offs Track record of garnering stakeholder support at all levels Excellence in strategic validation and problem-solving Reporting directly into the CEO, this role has the opportunity to partner directly with our senior leadership team and shape the future of our business
