Work Term: May - August, 2025 Work schedule: 40 hours per week Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) As a Junior Designer intern, you're not just a creative—you're a problem solver, a collaborator, and a builder of brand stories that inspire and endure. Minimum Qualifications: A Portfolio of Possibilities: Your work showcases a knack for creativity and innovation, with designs that captivate and concepts that inspire A Student's Mindset: Freshly graduated from a post-secondary program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar field, you're eager to keep learning A Curious Spirit: You're hungry to explore new tools, techniques, and ideas that elevate your creative game A Designer's Eye: You understand the foundations—composition, typography, and color theory—and are ready to hone these skills further A Growing Toolkit: You're comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Bonus points if you've explored 3D modeling or animation A Fearless Attitude: You take risks, embrace mistakes as stepping stones, and thrive in the growth that follows A Positive Force: Beyond your talent, you bring optimism, drive, empathy, trustworthiness, and kindness to every interaction Desired Qualifications: Mastery of craft: Strong skills in color, typography, and illustration are key. You're not just a designer—you're a problem solver and collaborator driven by a passion for creating exceptional work Boundless exploration: Whether you're diving into new tools like MidJourney or refining a Photoshop masterpiece, you thrive on experimenting, learning, and pushing boundaries An eye for the details of the details: From selecting the perfect typeface to creating a seamless layout, you know the little things make a big impact Purposeful design: Great design isn't just visually stunning—it tells stories that inspire, connect, and move people Collaborative leader: Collaboration fuels your creativity.
