Early Years Expert Facilitator

We are looking for Expert Facilitators who can create engaging, stimulating, inclusive, and safe environments where every child feels encouraged to explore, express, and grow. The ideal candidate must embrace the best educational practices and leverage the latest technological tools to enhance learning, while remaining committed to continuous professional development. She should be an active participant in a global professional learning community and be dedicated to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in every child. Key Responsibility and Accountability Curriculum Delivery - Works with the School Director and in collaboration with the Program Lead and other facilitators to implement planned lesson plans to support the holistic development for children aged 2 to 6 years - Supports the achievement of learning outcomes of all the learners in her care and supervision. Develop a life-long love and appreciation for learning in early years - Instruct learners in a classroom setting according to the curriculum and learning domains. - Perform regular and continuous child observations and contribute to the development of assessment strategies and arrangements for the key learning areas. - Highlight any developmental delays and adopt the inclusive practices to support each and every child in their learning journey in consultation with the PL and the SD. - Brings in innovative methodologies, new insights and practices in lesson plan delivery facilitating improvement in the learning process. - Share timely feedback with the PL on the curriculum design if changes needed, appropriateness, relatability to the learner to ensure that the curriculum is contemporary at all the times. - Ensure the classroom is well maintained, visually appealing to the learners and aligned with the theme of the month. Team Work - Work collaboratively with all the stakeholders in the enhancement of curriculum, pedagogy, and teaching and learning and over all service delivery. - Work closely with the PL and school team for events, curriculum planning and other curriculum activities pertaining to the respective program. - Carry out any other duties as assigned by the School Director. - Mentors the fellow teachers (if assigned as a buddy) for the newly joined facilitators. - Mentor, collaborate and work in tandem with the care giving staff in the classroom. Enable them to contribute to the learning process of all the learners. - Demonstrate creativity, initiative, collaboration and resourcefulness in supporting the teams and SD in achieving the overall school goals. - Communicate timely with the manager on anything that requires immediate attention. - Works effectively both as a team member and independently.
