Role Description:
We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to support our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience setting up and managing Klaviyo for eCommerce brands, including building automated flows, creating campaigns, and optimizing email performance.
You will be responsible for implementing email marketing flows, managing campaigns, and ensuring best practices for segmentation, personalization, and deliverability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize essential email flows such as Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, and Winback flows
- Create and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo templates
- Develop audience segments based on customer behavior and lifecycle stages
- Monitor campaign and flow performance and recommend optimizations
- Ensure email marketing best practices for deliverability and engagement
- Familiarity with A/B testing and email optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Klaviyo email marketing platform
- Experience managing email marketing for eCommerce brands
- Strong understanding of email automation, segmentation, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Ability to analyze email performance metrics and improve campaign results
- Basic understanding of email design and responsive templates
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute projects independently
