Post-Acquisition Integration - Analyst

KKR is seeking an Analyst to join our Post-Acquisition Integration team. This role will be responsible for supporting the execution of integration initiatives across KKR's portfolio companies. Key responsibilities will include: - Conducting detailed due diligence and analyses to identify integration opportunities and risks - Developing detailed integration plans, roadmaps, and work streams - Tracking and reporting on integration progress, key milestones, and issues - Identifying and driving implementation of synergies, including cost savings and operational improvements - Collaborating closely with portfolio company management teams to facilitate a smooth integration process - Partnering with various KKR teams, including Operations, Portfolio Management, and Transactions This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle, work closely with portfolio company leadership, and drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of M&A and operations. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in M&A integration, management consulting, or private equity is preferred.
