Associate/Senior Associate - Industrials

KKR is looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Industrials team within the Private Equity business. The Industrials team focuses on investments in industrial and manufacturing companies globally. The role will involve analyzing new investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, building financial models, assisting with transaction execution, and supporting existing portfolio company operations and initiatives. Desired qualifications include: - 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting - Strong financial modeling and analytical skills - Demonstrated interest in and understanding of the industrial/manufacturing sectors - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently - Bachelor's degree, with a preference for candidates from a top-tier university or college
