Analyst, Private Equity Investor Services

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent Analyst to join our Private Equity Investor Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the investor relations function, including preparing materials for Limited Partner updates, coordinating capital calls and distributions, responding to investor inquiries, and assisting with the production of client reporting. Specific responsibilities will include: - Preparing investor presentations, quarterly reports, and other communications for limited partners - Coordinating the capital call and distribution process, including tracking, recording, and reconciling transactions - Responding to ad-hoc inquiries from investors and providing excellent client service - Assisting with the preparation of various reporting packages, including financial statements, portfolio updates, and compliance materials - Participating in the ongoing enhancement of processes and tools to improve efficiency and transparency - Collaborating closely with other teams across the firm to ensure a cohesive and best-in-class investor experience
