Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll be the face of Kiwibank, providing exceptional service to our customers across a range of banking transactions and enquiries. Responsibilities: - Provide friendly, knowledgeable and efficient customer service - Assist customers with a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and account inquiries - Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell products and services - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Comply with all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service, retail or banking preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
