We are seeking experienced 1099 cabinet installers and trim technicians to support a steady pipeline of kitchen remodeling projects across the greater Raleigh area.<br> <br><strong>PROJECT SCOPE:<br></strong>Ongoing cabinet redooring and installation projects with consistent volume as the business scales. <em>Cabinet refacing projects available with prior experience or interest in on-the-job training. </em><br><br><strong>BENEFITS:</strong>

</ul><div><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Experience in carpentry and/or cabinet installation.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finish work</li>
<li>Maintains a professional and courteous presence in customer homes</li>
<li>Jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License (as required)</li>
<li>General Liability Insurance and Worker's Comp Insurance</li>
<li>Must provide own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation to/from job sites</li>
<li>Ability to pass a criminal background check</li>
</ul><div><strong>TASKS:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Install cabinets, doors, molding (including stacked crown), drawer boxes, roll-out drawers, accessories, and decorative hardware </li>
<li>Arrive to jobsite on time in appropriate work clothing;</li>
<li>Follow the project plan while ensuring accuracy and efficiency</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized job site with strong attention to customer experience</li>
<li>Communicate with the project manager daily about progress, issues, and timeline</li>
<li>Opportunity to support additional pre- and post-installation work as needed/desired</li>
