<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Lead installation for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects</div><div>· Ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to company standards</div><div>· Serve as the primary installer and on-site point of execution<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Perform and lead installation of cabinetry, trim, and finish work</div><div>· Accurately measure job sites for cabinets, materials, and layouts</div><div>· Interpret plans, drawings, and the scope of work</div><div>· Ensure all installations meet quality standards</div><div>· Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites</div><div>· Coordinate with the Field Supervisor and the Project Manager</div><div>· Identify and communicate issues early to avoid delays</div><div>· Document progress using company tools and software<br><br>

<strong>Measurement & Technical Skills (Critical)<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Ability to take precise field measurements for kitchens and bathrooms</div><div>· Understand layout, spacing, and fit for cabinetry and finishes</div><div>· Identify potential measurement conflicts before installation</div><div>· Ensure accuracy to prevent rework and delays<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Proven experience in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling</div><div>· Strong carpentry and installation skills</div><div>· Ability to read and follow plans and specifications</div><div>· Experience leading or working independently on job sites</div><div>· Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship</div><div>· Reliable and accountable work ethic<br><br>
