<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Lead field operations for residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects</div><div>· Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to company standards</div><div>· Serve as the primary leader on-site, setting expectations for quality and productivity<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Supervise and direct installers and subcontractors on-site</div><div>· Review project scope and plans prior to execution</div><div>· Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism</div><div>· Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays</div><div>· Ensure quality standards are consistently met<br> Detailed carpentry/measuring skills</div><div>· Communicate daily with the Project Manager regarding job progress</div><div>· Document progress and issues through field reporting tools and software</div><div>· Coordinate with the internal team to ensure materials are available and ready</div><div><br></div><div>
<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Experience in residential kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling</div><div>· Working knowledge of cabinetry, trim, and finish carpentry</div><div>· Ability to read and interpret plans and project scope</div><div>· Proven ability to lead and manage field teams</div><div>· Strong problem-solving and communication skills</div><div>· Reliable and accountable work ethic<br><br>
