Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Kitchen Staff at Roast & Co., located in Gurugram. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Team members will also collaborate to support the kitchen team and contribute to a seamless dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking, with the ability to follow recipes and maintain quality standards
- Knowledge of Hygiene and Food Safety practices to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen environment
- Effective Communication and team collaboration skills to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Customer Service skills with the ability to contribute to an exceptional guest experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is a plus
