Role Description The Kitchen Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including planning and supervising momo production, ensuring food quality standards, and managing inventory and procurement of ingredients. The Kitchen Manager will lead and train kitchen staff, implement hygiene and safety protocols, and coordinate production schedules to meet fresh made-to-order requirements and delivery timelines. The role also involves collaborating with management on process improvements, maintaining cost control, and ensuring consistent product quality across all batches.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Food Preparation and Cooking.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Quality standards.
- Candidates should possess experience in Culinary Management, including team supervision and kitchen workflow planning.
- Experience in high-volume production kitchens or cloud kitchen environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and HACCP or similar standards is preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities are important.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, and manage shift-based teams.
- A diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
