Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Kitchen and Bath Designer at BULL DOORS INDIA LIMITED. The Kitchen and Bath Designer will create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bathroom layouts, including cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes that align with customer needs and company standards. Typical responsibilities include collaborating with customers to understand their requirements, preparing design concepts and detailed drawings, and adjusting plans based on feedback. The designer will coordinate with sales and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with production capabilities. The role also involves providing customer service throughout the design process, maintaining accurate project documentation, and meeting deadlines for multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Kitchen & Bath Design skills, including space planning and selection of materials and finishes.
- Proficiency in Cabinetry design, with the ability to integrate storage solutions and hardware specifications.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to understand client needs and present design concepts clearly.
- Sales aptitude, with experience supporting design proposals, product recommendations, and closing projects.
- Experience with design software (e.g., CAD tools or kitchen/bath design applications) and basic technical drawing skills.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple remote projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in interior design, architecture, or a related field; prior experience in kitchen and bath design or cabinetry is preferred.
