Experience: 12 -16 Years Location : Hyderabad/Bangalore A UI Architect is responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for digital products, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with business objectives. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, design skills, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to solution design, implementation, optimisation, and support. Act as a liaison between clients and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Architecture Design: - Propose and implement scalable and resilient UI architectures that address customer business problems. Ensure that the solutions are maintainable and can be built within timelines and budgets. - Hands-On Development: Actively participate in coding and implementing UI components using modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3). Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards and performance optimization. - Performance Optimization: Drive performance tuning, redesign, and refactoring of UI components to enhance user experience. Investigate innovative approaches to improve software quality and stability. Mentorship: - Mentor junior developers on technology concepts, best practices for design and implementation, and foster a collaborative team environment. Collaboration: - Work closely with product management teams to align UI designs with user experience goals. Collaborate with UX designers to ensure feasibility and effectiveness of UI designs. Documentation: - Create comprehensive documentation for technical designs, processes, and architectural decisions. Ensure that all team members are aligned on project goals and technical requirements. - Experience: Typically requires 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on UI architecture. Proven experience in leading projects and teams is essential. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as Angular, React,JavaScript,TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, cloud, and architecture. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring that digital products not only meet functional requirements but also provide an exceptional user experience through effective interface design.
