<div>Kismet Event Planning & Design is expanding and seeking a driven, proactive, and<br>relationship focused Sales Associate to help grow our core product line specializing<br>in South Asian weddings and luxury cultural events.<br>If you excel at building trust, managing leads, and closing business in a fast paced<br>environment, this role is for you.<br>What You’ll Do<br> Generate new business through outreach, networking, and consistent follow up<br> Manage leads, proposals, and client communication from inquiry to booking<br> Build strong relationships with clients, venues, planners, and industry partners<br> Support the planning and production teams to ensure seamless event execution<br> Maintain accurate CRM updates and track sales performance<br> Contribute to revenue growth for Kismet’s South Asian event portfolio<br>What We’re Looking For<br> A self starter with strong initiative and follow through<br> Experience in event sales, hospitality, or a client facing role<br> Excellent communication and negotiation skills<br> Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines<br> Comfort working in a fast paced, high expectation environment<br> Familiarity with South Asian weddings or cultural events is a plus, not a<br>requirement<br> Proficiency with HoneyBook, QuickBooks Online, Trello, and Google Suite is<br>helpful<br>Compensation<br><br> Commission: Earn additional income on every event you close<br> Quarterly Bonuses: Performance based bonuses<br><br>Why Join Kismet<br> Work with one of Southern California’s leading event brands<br> High energy, collaborative team environment<br> Real career growth opportunities<br> Creative, exciting industry with no two days alike</div>
