About the role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of HR (Human Resources) & Administration to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire HR and administration functions of the organization. You will be the key strategic partner to the management team, providing critical insights and recommendations to support the overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and policies to attract, develop, and retain top talent - Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations - Manage the administration function including office management, procurement, and facilities - Implement effective systems and processes to improve HR and administrative efficiency - Contribute to the overall business strategy and decision making as a member of the management team - Foster a positive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company's values Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR management roles, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change - Proficient in MS Office applications and HR information systems - Prior experience in a similar role in the GCC region is preferred
