Kipu is seeking a bright, energetic self-starter who is interested in making a meaningful impact on our customer data and data quality. This role involves following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to search various data sources and gather specific data attributes for our customer base.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to locate specific pieces of information
  • Update our CRM system with accurate customer data
  • Use GPT agents to help collect information on customers
  • Search the web and internal systems for customer data attributes
  • Call customers when data cannot be found through other sources

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (not required, but helpful)
  • Comfortable using basic tools like Excel, search engines, and data entry systems
  • Strong attention to detail - accuracy really matters in this role
  • Able to stay focused and productive with repetitive tasks
  • Reliable and consistent - able to show up and meet expectations
  • Good time management and organization skills
