Lead Teacher (K-12 / All Subjects)

KIPP Capital Region Public Schools is seeking experienced Lead Teachers for K-12 students across all content areas. Lead Teachers are responsible for planning and delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons, using data to drive instruction, and fostering a positive learning environment. Successful candidates will have a strong content background, excellent classroom management skills, and a commitment to the KIPP mission and values.
