Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design compelling visuals based on project requirements.
• Develop illustrations, logos, infographics, and layouts using industry-standard software.
• Use color theory, typography, and layout techniques to deliver visually engaging and brand-consistent graphics.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to brainstorm and translate strategic direction into impactful designs.
• Support RFI and RFP proposals with high-quality presentation and design solutions in PowerPoint.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts meet quality and brand standards before delivery.
• Translate complex information into simple and visually appealing graphics and slide decks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Attributes: Proven experience administering and maintaining Moodle LMS (minimum 2–3 years). Strong technical expertise in Moodle plugin management and version updates. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on system optimization and user experience. Ability to collaborate effectively with content teams and instructional designers. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance and improvements. Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and e-learning standards is advantageous. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP (for minor troubleshooting and customization). Clear communication skills and a professional attitude towards service delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field. Moodle administration certification (desirable but not mandatory). Prior experience working in educational institutions, corporate training environments, or EdTech organizations is preferred.
