Staff RN - Emergency Dept.

Assumes the responsibility for providing professional care to a designated patient population.

• Directs patient-care according to medical center policies/procedures and accepted standard of practice and care.
• Conducts patient assessments, including history and physical.
• Administers and records prescribed medications, treatments and procedures.
• Assists the medical staff with examinations, treatments, special tests and procedures.
• Participates in unit activities such as answering phones, EMS radio communication, environmental tasks or any other assigned duties.
• Conducts shift reports.

Operates a community hospital and various medical clinics.
