Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary fitness center environment while adhering to infection prevention, safety, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Clean and disinfect fitness equipment and high-touch surfaces.
· Maintain locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common areas.
· Maintain saunas.
· Clean glass doors and windows as needed.
· Perform floor care (sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum).
· Restock supplies.
· Complete logs and inspections.
· Follow safety and infection control standards.
· Report maintenance concerns.
· Provide customer service.
Pool Responsibilities
· Maintain pool area cleanliness including deck, floors, and surrounding surfaces.
· Clean and disinfect pool seating areas and high-touch surfaces.
· Maintain dressing rooms associated with pool area.
· Ensure proper sanitation standards are followed in wet environments by using proper disinfectant for proper contact time.
· Monitor and report any safety hazards in pool or surrounding areas.
