We are seeking warm, caring guides to join our supportive school community as assistant teachers. We are looking for educators who have a passion for working with young children and are eager to guide them through independence, exploration, and meaningful learning.<br><br><br> </div><div> <strong>Responsibilities:<br>- </strong>Provide daily care in a warm and professional manner<br>- Willingness to learn about and implement Montessori philosophy<br>- Support lead teachers in educational goals, parent communication, and material design<br>- Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and colleagues<br><br> </div><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher certification, or in process, is strongly preferred.
