Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Kindergarten Teacher at Palm Grove Kindergarten. The Kindergarten Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, observing and evaluating student progress, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues. The role also includes facilitating activities that enhance motor, social, and cognitive skills in young learners, while promoting curiosity and a love for learning.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lesson Planning, Teaching, and Training to create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning activities.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.
- Educational background in early childhood education or a related field; a degree or certification in education is preferred.
- Genuine passion for teaching young children, with patience, creativity, and adaptability.
- Understanding of the Montessori approach or similar innovative teaching methodologies is a plus.
