Senior Industry Principal

We are looking for a Senior Industry Principal to be a key driver and thought leader in our Sales and Customer Success functions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer relationships through your deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and impeccable communication skills. Responsibilities: - Develop a deep understanding of key industry trends, challenges, and best practices to position Kinaxis as a trusted advisor to our prospective and existing customers. - Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to generate new business opportunities and expand our footprint within existing accounts. - Lead strategic customer engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address our customers' unique needs. - Contribute to the development of compelling industry-specific content (e.g., white papers, webinars, industry event presentations) to position Kinaxis as a thought leader. - Provide valuable insights and feedback to the Product and R&D teams to ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of the industry. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in a relevant industry (e.g., supply chain, manufacturing, retail) with a track record of success in sales, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role. - Proven ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into compelling value propositions and solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with C-suite executives. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Demonstrated passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies. - Ability to travel as needed to support customer engagements and industry events.
