Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Kinaxis Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Kinaxis experience. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions to support end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. The Kinaxis Specialist will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate business needs into functional Kinaxis models and workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include data integration and validation, scenario modeling, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting system issues. The role also includes creating documentation, training users, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Kinaxis RapidResponse experience (5+ years) in configuration, modeling, and implementation of supply chain planning solutions.
- Solid knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Experience with data integration, data mapping, and working with ERP or other enterprise systems that connect to Kinaxis.
- Proficiency in analyzing complex datasets, building scenarios, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Clear and concise communication skills, with experience creating documentation, training materials, and conducting user training sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in Kinaxis or supply chain are a plus.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives and working in consulting or client-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
