Greetings from Tesslogs!!
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Supply Planning and Kinaxis experience to work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technology teams. The ideal candidate should have strong strategy, advisory, business analysis, and supply planning transformation skills, along with a good understanding of Kinaxis planning capabilities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather and analyze Supply Planning business requirements
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and understand business challenges
• Analyze AS-IS / TO-BE processes and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Provide strategy and advisory support for supply planning transformation initiatives
• Work closely with Kinaxis consultants, architects, developers, and business teams
• Support Kinaxis solutions, enhancements, integrations, testing, UAT, and releases
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and planning improvements
• Perform impact analysis and validate proposed solutions against business objectives
• Support end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Mandatory Skills
✅ 6+ years of Business Analysis / Functional Consulting experience
✅ Strong Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning experience
✅ Hands-on experience with Kinaxis / Kinaxis RapidResponse
✅ Strong Strategy & Advisory capabilities
✅ Excellent requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills
✅ Strong understanding of demand-supply balancing, inventory, capacity, and planning processes
✅ Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
✅ Experience with UAT, testing, and solution validation
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
🔹 Good to Have
• Kinaxis RapidResponse certification
• Demand Planning / Inventory Planning / Capacity Planning
• S&OP / IBP exposure
• SAP / Oracle or other ERP exposure
• Supply Chain Transformation experience
• Agile/Scrum methodology
