Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Kinaxis specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The role involves configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Kinaxis RapidResponse solutions to support end-to-end supply chain planning and execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating business requirements into Kinaxis workflows, building and managing dashboards, running scenario analyses, and supporting users with issue resolution and enhancements. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams in operations, IT, and business leadership to improve planning accuracy and responsiveness. The role also includes documenting solutions, contributing to best practices, participating in testing and deployments, and providing training and guidance to users.
Qualifications
- Kinaxis domain expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse configuration, modules, and integration; proven track record of at least 5+ years working in Kinaxis implementations or support.
- Supply chain and planning skills: Solid understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes in complex, global environments.
- Technical and analytical skills: Ability to analyze large data sets, design reports and dashboards, perform root-cause analysis, and work with basic scripting or configuration tools within Kinaxis and related systems.
- Business and consulting skills: Experience gathering requirements, mapping processes, translating business needs into technical solutions, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work effectively with remote teams, and comfort facilitating workshops, training sessions, and user support.
- Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field; prior experience in digital transformation or enterprise SaaS implementations is an advantage.
- Additional preferred qualifications: Experience with ERP or other planning tools, familiarity with data integration concepts, and a continuous improvement mindset focused on optimization and scalability.
