KILONEWTONS is seeking a sharp and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market data to drive business decisions in the engineering and construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research on construction and engineering trends in the UAE/GCC, Analyze competitor strategies, market share, and industry developments, Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and data collection methods, Transform complex data into actionable business insights and visual reports, Monitor economic indicators and regulatory changes affecting the industry, Prepare detailed reports with forecasts, trends, and recommendations, Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development, Track KPIs and measure effectiveness of marketing strategies, Present findings to senior management with clear visualizations. Required Skills & Tools: 5+ years experience in market research (construction/engineering industry preferred), Expertise in SPSS, SAS, or R (statistical analysis), Tableau/Power BI (data visualization), Google Analytics (web metrics), CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Strong knowledge of SWOT & PESTLE analysis, Primary & secondary research methods, Data mining techniques, Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Statistics.
