Originally founded by Arm, Kigen enable businesses to grow their Internet of Things rapidly through the SIM, eSIM and iSIM technologies and are pushing the boundaries in the industry. Working with a number of high-profile customers globally, our growing business is excited to be expanding our team in Taiwan. **Role Overview** As part of the Ecosystem team, you will be critical to supporting early sales engagements and local partner animation. We need a specific focus on: * Develop longer term business goals most notably: Nurture local relationships and ecosystem development with APAC ODM in Taiwan as main priority * As a second priority notably along with Kigen APAC Sales: Smartphone OEMS and relevant ODM Cellular Chipsets OEM Modules OEM * Establish Kigen notoriety and portfolio in the region and support sales effort involving Taiwan: Participate in local conferences as a subject matter expert, developing Kigen brand locally **What you will be doing:** * Build relationships enabling indirect sales channels, promoters and influencers for Kigen in the region: ODM, cellular chipset, Secure IC, modules, and if relevant hyperscalers locally. * Promote Kigen embedded portfolio and services for seeding Kigen SIM, eSIM, iSIM in chipsets and modules and associated services for manufacturing at scale generic SKUs (using Kigen In Factory Provisioning Solutions). * Work closely with APAC sales team to identify revenue streams and pass on leads for immediate revenues (eSIM sales, SMDP+ services…) * Interface to the engineering team for long term trends identification, and follow up on strategic partnerships * Development of collateral including presentations, documentation which accelerate customer onboarding. **What do we need:** **Experience Required** * Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (computer science or engineering degrees). * 5+ years of demonstrated technical experience in in ODM or OEM with customer experience and ideally external interfaces * Cellular or Consumer IOT, SIM, eSIM, RSP experience, with cross team and cross discipline execution * Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders both internally and externally **Skills Required** * Ability to travel to visit partners, prospects expected 30% * Time management and autonomy in an international company * Excellent communication skills – Continuous knowledge sharing a must * Collaborate and work with multiple time zones * Knowledge of Telecom/Cellular Module industry and Cloud technologies * Fluent English a must * A real team player who aspires to our core values of: Passion for customer success.
