Job Description – Preschool Counsellor (Kidzee)
This role is not just sales. This is your brand voice, your first impression, and your conversion engine.
Position Title: Preschool Counsellor – Kidzee
Location: Alkapur Township (Neknampur) – Hyderabad
Role Overview
We are looking for a warm, confident and articulate Counsellor who will be the face of our preschool. The role involves interacting with parents, understanding their expectations, and guiding them in choosing the right early education journey for their child.
The ideal candidate should combine empathy with persuasion, ensuring a high-quality parent experience while driving admissions.
Key Responsibilities
· You will own the entire parent journey—from the first enquiry to final admission.
· Handle walk-ins, calls, and online enquiries from parents with a professional and welcoming approach.
· Conduct school tours, explain the Kidzee curriculum, and highlight the unique learning approach.
· Build trust with parents by understanding their concerns and addressing them with clarity and confidence.
· Follow up consistently with prospective parents to drive admissions.
· Maintain accurate records of enquiries, conversions, and follow-ups.
· Coordinate with the centre head and teaching staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.
· Support marketing initiatives such as local promotions, events, and parent engagement activities.
Desired Profile
· Graduate in any discipline (background in psychology, education, or HR is a plus).
· 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer relationship, or front office roles.
· Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is a bonus).
· Pleasant personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
· High ownership mindset—someone who treats admissions like a responsibility, not a task.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools.
