We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Kidswear Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing attractive and cohesive designs for kidswear, including coordinating color combinations between tops and bottoms and creating engaging print designs.
- Design coordinated outfits (tops & bottoms) with strong color harmony
- Develop creative print designs suitable for kidswear
- Ensure color matching and consistency across garments and prints
- Create color palettes and apply them effectively in collections
- Work on placement prints and repeat patterns for fabrics
- Stay updated with latest kidswear trends, themes, and seasonal colors
- Collaborate with production and merchandising teams for execution
- Prepare design files and tech packs for sampling and production
Skills & Requirements:
- Prior experience in kidswear or apparel design (preferred)
- Strong understanding of color theory and fabric coordination
- Ability to create print patterns and repeats
- Good sense of aesthetics, detailing, and child-friendly design
- Knowledge of current fashion trends and market preferences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
