<div><strong>About the Role:</strong></div><div>KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is<br>intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children<br>from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also<br>acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery<br>tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on<br>children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help<br>children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching<br>potential.</div><div>
<br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>
</div><div>● Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years old<br>● Follow the Kidsunited structure and curriculum<br>● Assist in the ongoing design of KIDSUNITED training program<br>● Support children’s growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and<br>life skills through our curriculum<br>● Build positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and<br>encouraging environment<br>● Communicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedback<br>● Keep accurate records of progress reviews<br>● Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities<br>● Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and<br>uphold program standards</div><div>
<br><strong>Requirements:</strong>
</div><div>● At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer<br>Or<br>1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing<br>soccer<br>● Solid verbal and written communication skills required<br>● Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment<br>● Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed<br>● Excellent time management and organization skills<br>● Experience working with children required</div><div><br></div>
