Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Kids Merchandiser (Apparel) for an exciting, full-time on-site role in New Delhi. The key responsibilities include coordinating product development, managing seasonal collections, working closely with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery, executing marketing strategies, and providing excellent customer service. This role also involves preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in Sales and Retail, particularly in handling operations and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in Marketing, including understanding trends, strategies, and customer preferences
- Previous experience of at least four years in apparel merchandising, preferably in kids' apparel
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site team environment
