Position: Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)
Kidology is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to support our growing pediatric caseload across clinic, daycare, and community settings.

Position Overview
- Full-time, part-time, and 1099 opportunities available
- Provide services across clinic, daycare, and community settings
- Travel required throughout Bucks County, Northeast Philadelphia, and Center City Philadelphia
- Work with children with a variety of needs, including fine motor delays, sensory processing challenges, feeding difficulties, and developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, play-based occupational therapy services
- Evaluate children’s developmental and functional abilities
- Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Address areas including:
- Fine motor skills
- Sensory integration
- Self-care and daily living skills
- Feeding and functional participation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
