Position: Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Philadelphia, PA | In-Field Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and oversee cases to ensure high-quality, effective care.
You will collaborate closely with families and a multidisciplinary team while supervising and supporting BHT/RBT staff, making a meaningful impact in the lives of children every day.

Position Overview
- Full-time, part-time, and 1099 opportunities available
- In-field position serving clients throughout Philadelphia
- Services provided in homes, schools, and community settings
- Supervise and guide BHTs and RBTs on your caseload
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services across home, school, and community settings
- Develop and oversee Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)
- Conduct FBAs and administer assessments (ABAS-3, Vineland-3, VB-MAPP)
- Supervise and support BHTs, BHT-ABAs, and Assistant BC-ABAs
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers
- Participate in team meetings and clinical supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation and professional standards
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) credential in Pennsylvania
- Valid PA clearances
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
