We are currently seeking a COTA to join our collaborative team and work closely with experienced, licensed Occupational Therapists who will support your professional growth every step of the way.

Position Overview
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Provide services across clinic, daycare, and community settings
- Travel required throughout Bucks County, Northeast Philadelphia, and Center City Philadelphia
- Work with children with a variety of needs, including fine motor delays, sensory processing challenges, and developmental disabilities such as Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy sessions
- Support development of:
- Fine motor skills
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Self-care and daily living skills
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Accurately document sessions and track progress

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Active Pennsylvania COTA license
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
