Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Philadelphia, PA | In-Field Role


At Kidology, our BCBAs play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care. You will lead assessments, guide clinical programming, and support a team of BHTs and RBTs, making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families every day.

This is an in-field position serving clients throughout the Philadelphia area, with flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance.

Position Overview


  • Full-time, part-time, and 1099 opportunities available
  • In-field role providing services throughout Philadelphia
  • Lead clinical care while supervising and supporting team members
  • Work closely with families and an interdisciplinary team


Responsibilities


  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals
  • Design and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
  • Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts
  • Collaborate with families and ABA team members to ensure high-quality, compliant care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation


Qualifications


  • BCBA certification required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • 2–3 years of ABA experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA regulations, supervision, and documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
