<strong>Preschool Floater (Full-Time)</strong><br> <strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM<br><br>
</div><div>We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and flexible <strong>Preschool Floater</strong> to join our team. This role supports multiple classrooms and works with children ranging from infants to 5 years old.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities </li>
<li> Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all children </li>
<li> Float between classrooms as needed to support staffing and ratios </li>
<li> Help with routines such as meals, naps, diapering, and transitions </li>
<li> Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom spaces </li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Comfortable working with children ages infant through 5 years </li>
<li> Flexible and adaptable to different classroom environments </li>
<li> Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills </li>
<li> Previous childcare or preschool experience preferred </li>
<li> Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required </li>
