<div>About the Role:</div><div>We’re looking for a <strong>highly organized, detail-oriented assistant</strong> to support both Kidcreate Studio operations and the owner’s day-to-day tasks.<br><br>
</div><div>This is a <strong>behind-the-scenes role</strong> focused on keeping things running smoothly. You’ll manage admin work, stay on top of details, and take initiative without needing constant direction. <br><br>This is 30+ hour / week position. <br><br>Responsibilities:</div><div><strong>Business (Kidcreate):</strong></div><ul>
<li> Manage email inbox (Gmail) </li>
<li> Handle confirmations for activities</li>
<li> Update CRM with mobile bookings</li>
<li> Assist with scheduling (classes, camps, staff) </li>
<li> Support staff with initial activity prep </li>
<li> Follow up with leads and inquiries </li>
</ul><div><strong>Personal / Household as a Personal Assistant to the Owner:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Run errands (returns, store runs, groceries) </li>
<li> Light home organization </li>
<li>Occasional possible assistance with kids’ logistics (activities, pickups as needed)</li>
</ul><div><strong>Work Setup:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Primarily at Denver studio </li>
<li> Broomfield ~1x/week </li>
<li> Some time at owner’s home + local errands</li>
</ul><div><strong>Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li> Reliable car + comfortable driving between locations </li>
<li> Strong attention to detail and follow-through </li>
<li> Able to focus on admin tasks for extended periods </li>
<li> Comfortable with Google Drive, Gmail, Excel, Slack & other technology</li>
