Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in New Delhi for a Kid Apparel Merchandiser at GLOBELANCE, with a mandatory 2-year bond. The role involves coordinating product development, analyzing market trends, curating collections, and working closely with design and production teams to ensure the development of high-quality apparel. The Merchandiser will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships, fostering customer satisfaction, and contributing to marketing and sales strategies for the kids' apparel segment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Retail, with a focus on meeting targets and understanding customer preferences.
- Knowledge of Marketing strategies and trends, particularly in apparel and fashion sectors.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the apparel industry, particularly in the children's category, is an added advantage.
